This policy explains how Off The Clock ("we", "us"), an Australian content brand publishing short videos about side hustles and digital products, handles information. It covers this website and our private content tool ("Clipforge"), which publishes our own videos to our own TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts.
Information we collect
- Website visitors: we don't use cookies or ask for personal information. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or personal profiles.
- Our own social media accounts: when we connect our accounts to Clipforge through official platform logins (TikTok Login Kit, Instagram API with Instagram Login, Google OAuth), we receive access tokens, basic profile information (such as username and account ID) and performance statistics (such as views, likes and shares) for videos we have posted.
- Email list: if you sign up for a free resource, your email address is stored by our email provider (Kit) and used only to send what you asked for and related updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
How we use it
Only to publish our own content, measure how our own posts perform, and send emails you've opted into. We don't sell, rent or share personal information, and we don't access or post to anyone else's account.
Storage and security
Access tokens and statistics are stored on our own computer with restricted file permissions and are never published. Tokens can be revoked at any time from the platform's settings.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete any information we hold about you by emailing off.the.clock.aus@gmail.com. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
